Update on Colony Regularization Efforts – Action Required from Residents

Dear Residents of Aanchal Vihar, Lohgarh, Pinjore

This is Public Interest Notice: 

Advancing Our Colony's Regularization : We are pleased to update you on the ongoing efforts to regularize our colony, which will grant official authorization and unlock essential benefits like direct property registrations, improved infrastructure, and legal security for all residents. 

The RWA committee, along with respected elders and dedicated nominated residents, has invested considerable time, resources, and expertise into this process to ensure a positive outcome for our community.

As you may know, our area is currently governed by provisions under Section 7 (or related rules) of the Haryana Development and Regulation of Urban Areas Act, 1975, which prohibits direct property registrations in unauthorized colonies. 

Transactions in such areas are typically conducted via Power of Attorney (PoA) until regularization is achieved.Recommended Path Forward: Ensure Compliance for Success.

To expedite the regularization process, we strongly urge all residents to review and update their property details on the official government portals (such as the Haryana Urban Local Bodies or Town and Country Planning Department websites). 

This simple step will align your records with current compliance requirements and demonstrate our community's commitment to transparency.

Key Benefits of Updating Your Records:

Smooth Transition Post-Regularization: 

Accurate digital records will comply with government standards once restrictions are lifted, facilitating seamless property registrations and ownership transfers.

Accurate Property Tax Assessments: Updated details will enable precise tax calculations, reducing discrepancies and strengthening our collective application for colony approval.

Unified Community Database: A verified resident database will enhance the RWA's advocacy efforts, build trust with government authorities, and accelerate the authorization timeline.


Important Reminder on Property IDs:

The Haryana government assigns a unique Property ID to every property, irrespective of whether it's in a legal or unauthorized colony. This ID is crucial for identification and services. 

In multi-story buildings constructed floor-wise, each independent floor receives its own separate Property ID. If your records are incomplete or outdated, please prioritize corrections to avoid future complications.
